Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return process
If in any case you are not satisfied with the product contact us at info@ayqido.com to express your concern. We will then send you a form by email that have to be filled in and enclosed in the package.
Please note that the shipping costs that come with returning a product are fully your responsibility. To return an item, place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@ayqido.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Transport costs
We are happy to offer free delivery on all domestic (The Netherlands) orders over €100,-
STUDIO AYQIDO offers worldwide shipping, standard international shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and are calculated at check out.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide however please take into consideration that the shipping costs can add up regarding the distance from our studio in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
Keep in mind that, outside of Europe, you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. STUDIO AYQIDO is not responsible for these costs.
Delivery time
Your order will usually be send within 24 to 48 hours after transfer of the payment, but allow us three working days.
Zones
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on the area you reside in we have divided them in 4 zones

2 Belgium, Denmark, (excl Faeröer islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl San Marino and The Vatican), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. The Balearic Islands, excl The Canary Islands), Sweden. € 13,-
3 All other country’s in Europe (excl Russia) € 17,-
4 Rest of the world (ROW): All other countries (incl. Russia). € 21,-
5 For Great Britain we have to calculate depending on the weight of the package. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We will contact you beforehand on the shipping costs.
